Why You Should Play The Spin Lab
The Spin Lab is an ideal slot for anyone with a passion for physics or biology, with various scientific symbols being displayed on the reels. These include representations of molecular strands and electrical circuit cubes, and they are all joyously colourful. The background screen is blue and full of glowing electrical circuits which bring to mind the classic 1980s film Tron, while the music is hypnotically soothing. The game is easy to play and includes some interesting elements in comparison with other games, such as customisable free spins.
How to Play
You can adjust the amount you wish to bet using the up and down arrows, making it possible to bet anywhere between £0.40 and £80 per spin. Press the green play button to start the game, or the smaller Auto Play option to keep going for up to 100 consecutive spins.
The ‘Wild’ symbol is the swirling multi-coloured symbol with the word ‘Wild’. It substitutes for all other symbols except the Scatter.
There is a neat twist to the Free Spins feature on The Spin Lab. Like most games, the free spins will be activated when you land three or more of the silver orb Scatter symbols. Initially you are awarded five, but you are also taken to a new laboratory to choose one feature from each of the following three rows.
- Row 1 – All high value symbols become the same; one of the high value symbols is stacked; pick a high value symbol and each one that lands is a winner.
- Row 2 – Stacked Wilds, extra Wilds on reels; wins which include Wilds have a random multiplier up to 10x.
- Row 3 – All wins multiplied by 2x, wins paid right to left as well as left to right; five extra spins.
The Gamble Feature is illustrated by a little icon of a heart and club, and will light up every time you win. You can then try to guess the colour or suit of a playing card to try and double or quadruple your latest win.
